Cancellation, Return & Replacement Policy

At Infuzeme, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality beverages and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Every order is carefully prepared and packed with utmost hygiene and care. However, if you face any issue with your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we are here to help.

Please read our policy below for clarity on cancellations, replacements, and refunds.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

  • If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 1 hour of placing the order, provided it has not yet been dispatched.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email or phone.

  • Refunds for successfully cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

Replacement Policy (Valid for 7 Days)

Your order is eligible for a free replacement within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused or partially used and in original condition.

  • No refunds or returns are applicable on clearance or sale items.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Only one refund per customer per product is permitted.

  • Returns will be processed at our discretion if misuse, damage due to mishandling, or tampering is detected.

Refund Policy (Prepaid Orders Only)

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

1. Order Cancelled Within Allowed Time

  • Refunds will be initiated after confirmation and processed within 7 working days.

2. Return to Origin (RTO)

  • If a prepaid order is returned to us due to customer refusal or delivery issues, a full refund will be issued after the returned package is received and verified.

  • The refund will be credited back to the original payment source or the bank details provided by you.
