Infuzeme offers DIY Drink Bombs, which are non-alcoholic flavour products.
Infuzeme does not manufacture, sell, or distribute alcohol. Any alcohol mentioned is optional and must be added separately by the consumer at their own discretion and responsibility.

Payment may be processed prior to dispatch. In case of cancellation after payment, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Infuzeme shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery caused due to incorrect information or third-party courier issues.

Ownership and risk of the product transfer to the customer upon successful delivery.

11. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the consumable nature of our products:

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return

  • Returns or replacements are considered only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • Requests must be raised within the timeframe mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy

Infuzeme reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions.
